We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide technology and data migration transformations across global teams within a regulated financial services environment.
Key Requirements
- 12+ years of programme, portfolio or transformation delivery experience
- Strong experience leading SAS platform and data migration transformations
- Expertise in target-state architecture, migration roadmaps, cutover, parallel running and decommissioning
- Programme governance, RAID management, risk controls and benefits realisation
- Strong financial planning, investment management and resource forecasting
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream global programmes
- Excellent executive stakeholder management and decision-making skills
- Experience in regulated financial services environments
