Salary: £140,000.00 gross per year

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and operating model for global IT support (Service desks, End User Computing, Service Integration Management, & Projects), ensuring aligned service delivery, measurable outcomes (SLAs), and continual improvement.
• Chair programme governance forums, drive decision-making across cross-functional stakeholders, and maintain robust risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Create annual roadmaps, prioritisation, and benefits realisation; ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
• Build and lead high-performing, geographically dispersed teams; set objectives, coach senior managers, and oversee performance management and succession planning.
• Establish operational controls: workforce planning, utilisation, timesheet approvals, leave governance, and corrective action frameworks.
• Govern vendor/partner performance and contracts; negotiate service levels and drive remediation plans when required.
