Are you an experienced Project Manager who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, turning ideas into action and helping organisations improve how projects are delivered?
Joining our EIMEA Business Transformation team, you’ll lead a varied portfolio of strategic and tactical projects across areas including business transformation, systems, commercial, finance, operations and supply chain.
Alongside hands-on project delivery, you’ll play an important role in helping us design, establish and embed a practical project management approach and PMO capability across EIMEA.
This is an opportunity to shape how projects are governed and delivered, creating proportionate standards, tools and reporting that improve consistency and visibility. You’ll work with senior sponsors and cross-functional teams across EIMEA, providing constructive challenge, building accountability and helping turn complex business requirements into clear plans and successful outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading multiple complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring agreed scope, timescales, quality and budgets are achieved.
- Helping to design, pilot and embed an EIMEA project management methodology and PMO framework.
- Developing practical and proportionate governance, project lifecycles, templates, toolkits and portfolio reporting.
- Working with sponsors and stakeholders to define business cases, objectives, deliverables, success measures and project tolerances.
- Creating and maintaining clear project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, issues, decisions and change controls.
- Bringing diverse teams and external partners together, establishing clear ownership and maintaining momentum throughout delivery.
- Providing clear project and portfolio reporting to sponsors, leadership teams and governance forums.
- Identifying risks and potential impacts early, recommending practical options for resolution or mitigation.
- Supporting the prioritisation of EIMEA projects in line with business plans and strategic objectives.
- Coaching and supporting colleagues to adopt consistent, effective and scalable project management practices.
- Capturing lessons learned and using feedback from live projects to continuously improve our approach.

- Strong end-to-end project management experience, with clear personal accountability for taking complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through to delivery.
- Practical experience of designing, establishing or significantly improving a PMO, project management methodology, governance framework, toolkit or portfolio reporting approach.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence, challenge and create accountability without direct authority.
- The ability to bring structure to ambiguity, work independently and translate business requirements into clear plans, actions, ownership and decisions.
- Experience using project and portfolio management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner and Power BI, or equivalent systems.
- A full driving licence and the flexibility to undertake occasional business travel.
