We are looking for a 360 Recruiter to join our Primary Care division in a UK-based, office-based position. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual who is looking to develop a career in recruitment. Graduates are welcome to apply, and experience within healthcare is advantageous, but candidates with backgrounds in sales or customer service are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• -Manage the full 360 recruitment process for Primary Care professionals
• -Source candidates through referrals, database searches and social media
• -Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and talent pipelines
• -Manage candidate availability and maintain accurate database records
• -Support compliance processes and ensure required documentation is obtained
• -Proactively resolve candidate queries and provide ongoing support
• -Source new healthcare professionals while nurturing existing relationships
• -Conduct post-placement and welfare calls to ensure a positive candidate experience
• -Develop and strengthen client relationships

What We’re Looking For

• -1–3 years’ experience in healthcare, recruitment, sales or customer service
• -Healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential
• -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• -Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• -A genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional service
• -A graduate or undergraduate degree
• -A proactive, motivated and results-oriented approach
• -Comfortable working in an office-based environment
• -A willingness to learn, develop and progress within the business
