Are you an experienced recruitment, sales, or healthcare professional ready to take the next step in your leadership career?
ICG Medical is looking for a Regional Manager to lead our bookings and delivery team and play a key role in driving regional performance, developing strong client and candidate relationships, and supporting continued growth.
🔹What you’ll be doing
- Lead, coach, motivate and develop the bookings/delivery team.
- Drive individual and team performance against agreed targets.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
- Oversee candidate matching, bookings, offers, confirmations and shift coverage.
- Resolve client and candidate challenges quickly and professionally.
- Ensure placements meet all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and performance.
- Analyse booking and performance data and report to senior management.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for regional growth.
- Work closely with Brand Managers and internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
🔹What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with 3–4 years’ experience in a relevant field, along with:
- Recruitment, healthcare recruitment, sales or customer service experience
- Previous leadership or team management experience
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with recruitment systems, databases and Microsoft Office
- An understanding of healthcare recruitment processes and compliance
