With ambitious growth plans and a people-first culture, we're looking for an exceptional operational leader to join our UK & Ireland business.

The Role

Reporting to the Service & Operations Director, the Regional Field Operations Director will lead multiple branches and operational leadership teams across a geographically dispersed region.

You'll be responsible for driving safety, customer satisfaction, operational excellence and commercial performance, while developing high-performing teams that consistently deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Branch Managers and operational leadership teams.
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance across all operations.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity and service reliability.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and improve customer retention.
• Lead business improvement and change initiatives across the region.
• Use data and insight to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage regional budgets, resources and operational assets effectively.
• Build an engaged, accountable and high-performing culture.

About You

We're looking for a proven operational leader with experience in field service, logistics, engineering, utilities, facilities management, waste management or a similar operational environment.

You'll bring

• Significant experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
• A strong track record of improving operational and commercial performance.
• Experience delivering transformational change and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for safety, customer service and people development.
• Experience operating within a regulated environment.
