Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce applications.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Provar.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, and customizations.
- Conduct API and integration testing using Postman.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, admins, and business stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
- Participate in test planning, test case creation, and test execution cycles.
- Proven hands-on experience with Provar test automation.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Basic working knowledge of Postman for API and integration testing.
- Experience with test case design, defect management, and QA best practices.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
