Role Description This full-time hybrid role for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant is based in Staines-Upon-Thames, with flexibility for partial work from home. The consultant will configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring solutions are aligned with client business processes and compliance needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, designing system workflows, performing system configuration, conducting testing, and preparing documentation and training materials. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in project planning and status meetings, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing functional and technical guidance to client stakeholders. The consultant will also help optimize existing implementations, recommend best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of HCM processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong SAP SuccessFactors skills, ideally in modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Onboarding, or Learning.
• Candidates should possess skills in human capital management and HR process design, including HR data structures, workflows, and compliance awareness.
• Candidates should possess skills in business analysis and configuration, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in testing and quality assurance, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and user acceptance support.
• Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder communication and collaboration, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and work with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should preferably have experience with integration tools and methodologies (e.g., APIs, middleware, data migration) and basic understanding of cloud-based architectures.
• Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM are highly beneficial; a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
