What You'll Be Leading
As Security & Systems Account Manager, you'll take full accountability for a £3.3 million integrated security contract, overseeing a broad portfolio that includes:
- Security Operations & Guarding
- Security Technology & Systems
- Key Holding Services
- Business Continuity & Resilience
- Risk & Governance Programmes
- Security Transformation Projects
You'll ensure security remains aligned to business priorities while continuously enhancing performance, resilience and stakeholder confidence.
What You'll Be Doing
Shape Strategy
Lead the ongoing evolution of a sophisticated and multi-faceted security programme, ensuring services remain future-focused, innovative and commercially effective.
Build Executive Relationships
Develop trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders, becoming the go-to expert for security, resilience and risk-related challenges.
Drive Transformation
Champion change across people, process and technology, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and user experience.
Turn Data into Decisions
Create meaningful reporting, performance dashboards and insights that support informed decision-making and demonstrate value.
Inspire High Performance
Lead, coach and develop an experienced leadership team, creating a culture focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Deliver Results
Translate intelligence, data and operational insight into tangible actions that improve service delivery, strengthen resilience and mitigate risk.
What We're Looking For
You'll be a credible and accomplished leader with experience managing complex security environments and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.
Your background might be in corporate security, policing, military, intelligence, resilience, technology, facilities management or consultancy. What matters most is your ability to influence, lead and deliver meaningful outcomes.
