Senior Adoption & Change Management Consultant (6 Month FTC)

The Mission
Demand for Microsoft Copilot, AI and workplace transformation continues to grow, and we're looking for an experienced consultant to help our customers maximise the value of their investment.
As a Senior Adoption & Change Management Consultant, you'll work closely with customers to understand their goals, drive successful adoption programmes and ensure technology change translates into real business impact.
What You'll Deliver
- Drive successful adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot and workplace transformation initiatives.
- Develop and deliver change management strategies that support lasting behavioural change.
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, from end users to senior leaders.
- Identify high-value use cases that improve productivity, collaboration and efficiency.
- Design and deliver engaging workshops, training and enablement programmes.
- Measure adoption success through meaningful metrics and continuous improvement plans.
- Help customers realise tangible business outcomes from their technology investments.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience leading adoption, change management or digital transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience delivering training, workshops and user adoption initiatives.
- A consultative approach with the ability to translate business challenges into practical solutions.
- Confidence working independently while managing multiple customer engagements.
