You'll also be involved in;

  • Leading change impact assessments and organisational readiness activities.
  • Developing readiness, adoption and transition plans to support successful implementation.
  • Monitoring organisational preparedness and recommend interventions where required.
  • Influencing and coaching leaders to become effective change champions.
  • Facilitating workshops, consultation activities and engagement forums that drive understanding and commitment.
  • Proactively identifying and managing resistance to change.
  • Working with subject matter experts and learning teams to identify capability requirements.
  • Monitoring adoption metrics and benefits realisation, ensuring corrective action is taken where necessary.
  • Providing business change reporting and insight to programme boards and senior stakeholders.
  • Supporting assurance reviews, audits and governance activities.
  • Providing coaching, mentoring and leadership to Business Change Managers and project teams where required.
  • Championing collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement across the change community.

  • A Programme or Project Management qualification, such as MSP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent.
  • Experience within transport, rail or regulated industries.

You'll enjoy

  • Free travel on LNER, plus 75% off other companies' tickets (for you and your dependents).
  • Discounted international train tickets (after one year's service).
  • 50% discount on LNER tickets for friends and family.
  • Generous pension scheme.
  • Annual cycle to work schemes/electric vehicle scheme.
  • Discount, savings and cashback scheme from top retailers.
  • Health and wellbeing schemes and discounts.
