Senior Electronics Engineer

Formal Electrical qualification such as HND/BEng. Design and development of electrical/electronic circuitry (includes, analogue, digital, microprocessor, FPGA design techniques and power electronics). Experience of Electrical Hardware Design & Electrical Product Development for Harsh Environments. Analysis, test and evaluation of electronic/electrical circuits and components. Electrical/Electronic circuit simulation and analysis.

EMC and Environmental Awareness at system and circuit level. Awareness of working to formal Electrical standards (such as Def-Stan / Mil Standards / Automative/Rail), Safety and Quality processes. Ability to support and manage aspects of Assembly, Integration and Test. Experience of working with lab test equipment, e.g. debug of Electronics circuits using JTAG, Logic Analysers, DMM, Oscilloscope and Power supplies.

Experience of Windchill or other Product Lifecycle Management tool. Experience of Altium, SIMetrix and LTSpice would advantageous.
