The Mission
Winning contracts runs on bids. Enterprise bid teams in waste, facilities services, construction and utilities spend weeks on every tender, digging through past answers, case studies and policies, then writing hundreds of tailored responses against tight deadlines. It's slow, repetitive, high-stakes work, and most of a company's best knowledge is buried in old documents.
mytender.io is building the intelligence layer for these teams. Our AI reads the tender, pulls the right evidence from a company's own content and drafts strong, compliant answers in their voice, so bid writers spend their time on strategy and win themes instead of copy and paste.
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to push that forward end to end. You'll work on the hardest parts of the problem: retrieval over messy enterprise content, agents that plan and write long-form answers, evaluating answer quality at scale, and a product experience that makes all of it feel effortless for bid teams.
This is a hands-on role across the whole stack, from beautifully designed features in React and TypeScript to robust Python backend services. You'll get real autonomy, shape the architecture and product direction, and help us scale through a massive period of growth.
Who You Are
- 4-7+ years of full stack development experience with React/TypeScript and Python
- Experience with context engineering and evaluating agents
- Comfortable owning features end-to-end from design to deployment
- Have start-up experience working on AI products
The Role
Build the Product
Take ownership of key features across the full stack. From React frontends to Python backends, you'll design, build, and ship features that directly impact our customers' ability to win tenders.
Shape the Architecture
Help define and evolve our technical architecture as we scale. Make decisions about infrastructure, data models, and system design that will support our growth trajectory.
Drive Quality
Champion engineering best practices - testing, code review, CI/CD, monitoring. Ensure the platform is reliable, performant, and maintainable.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Work directly with product, design, and customer-facing teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that delight users.
