Who we are looking for

- BEng & MSc or MEng
- Minimum 4 years’ experience, ideally in a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment
- Experience completing design work in FE software such as SCIA/SAFE/ETABS/Tekla etc.
- Experience delivering projects in reinforced concrete and steel
- Experience in refurbishment/remodelling of existing structures
- Excellent understanding of site constraints and the relationship to buildability
- Can independently provide early-stage construction proposals and outline scheme options appraisals
- Independently delivers project information, attends meetings and site visits, effectively managing your own time and consistently meeting deadlines
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the wider design team and clients
- Demonstrates an understanding of, and actively contributes to, fee and appointment management within projects
- Possesses knowledge of ISO9001 QMS standards and procedures
- Capably delegates tasks and oversees junior team members
- Willingness to mentor and impart knowledge to junior team members
- Can travel to Nottingham or Leeds, full UK driving licence
- Motivated to deliver exceptional service to our clients
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to participating in CSR activities, engaging in continuous professional development (CPD), and/or contributing to business development and other business operations
- Are self-driven, pro-active and positive with an ability to ‘own it’ and problem solve
- Committed to self-led professional development, continuously enhancing your skills
- Be chartered or on the journey to chartership
