Senior Surveyor

Looking for your next opportunity in property and estate management?

We’re looking for a Senior Surveyor to join our Strategic Property Management team and help manage the Council’s extensive land and property estate.

You’ll lead on a varied caseload including acquisitions, disposals, valuations, lease renewals, rent reviews and landlord and tenant matters, helping us make the best use of our property assets across County Durham.

You’ll need significant estate management experience and a degree or equivalent in a property-related subject. Full RICS membership is required for the Grade 12 role.
