Team Leader - Tenancy Sustainment

Could you lead a team that helps residents maintain successful tenancies and achieve positive outcomes?

We’re looking for a Team Leader - Tenancy Sustainment to join our Housing Assets and Investment team on a temporary basis.

You’ll lead and support a team of Tenancy Sustainment Officers, overseeing support plans, risk management and interventions for tenants with complex needs. You’ll also work closely with colleagues and partner agencies to manage safeguarding concerns and ensure residents receive coordinated and effective support.

This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated team and make a real difference to residents across County Durham, while strengthening partnership working and continuously improving the service we provide.

This role is temporary until January 2028 to cover maternity leave, or until the substantive postholder returns, whichever is sooner.
