Short Break Reviewer

The Children’s Disability Short Break Review Team supports Children and young people who are defined as Children in need due to their disability needs only.We have 4 Children’s Disability teams across the county, and they provide specialist services for children and young people with complex disabilities.You'll be expected to facilitate in creating alternative ways of working with Children with disabilities across the county, to ensure they receive the right support at the right time, and reviewing their care packages to ensure their needs are being met appropriately.

We have 2 opportunities available:1 x based in the East1 x based in the WestThese will be full time positions (37hrs) for 12 months, working Monday-Thursday 8.30-5 and Friday 8.30-4.30, although flexible working is part of the role due to after school visits.Due to travelling to different location, this post is an Essential Car User
