About the role: This role is ideal for someone with strong existing Investments knowledge who enjoys tackling complex technical queries and supporting Partners with expert guidance. You’ll thrive here if you can confidently interpret scheme rules, legislation, and processes, and translate them into clear, practical explanations for both colleagues and Partners.
Because this is a fast paced, high-volume helpdesk environment, the role will suit someone who remains calm under pressure, can juggle multiple priorities, and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality responses. You should be naturally analytical, comfortable handling detailed information, and motivated by solving problems thoroughly and efficiently. The role is primarily a core service, but there may be opportunities for added value projects.

Key Responsibilities of the Job Deliver a high-quality technical query resolution service to Partners and PSS, ensuring all guidance is accurate, compliant and aligned to SJP standards. Use expert level consultative questioning to establish root causes and complex technical needs, providing clear, effective solutions to support the Partnership.
Design and deliver bespoke technical presentations to enhance Partner capability, productivity and confidence. Drive continuous improvement by identifying potential development to systems, tools and processes that enhance technical query resolution. Provide support on SJP products, procedures and wider technical matters.
Maintain oversight of multiple SJP functions to ensure cohesive, accurate solutions for complex, cross departmental technical queries. Act as a subject matter expert for Mezzanine bookings when required, consulting on bespoke, high complexity cases requiring deeper discussion. Take accountability for continually developing and maintaining advanced technical, product, process and service knowledge.
Support team development through targeted training delivery aligned to the competency framework as and when required. Provide ah-hoc technical signoff for Partnership facing content.
