Assistant Domestic Manager - Aintree Site
As an Assistant Domestic Manager you will work within the domestic services department, managing a very large team including supervisors and domestic assistants.
You will monitor cleaning standards, ensuring adherence to infection control policies and procedures as well as health and safety polices. You will also be responsible for conducting mandatory training.
The post is 20 hours per week working 1pm - 5pm Monday to Friday .
Liverpool University Hospitals are seeking to recruit an Assistant Domestic Manager for their Aintree site.
As the Assistant Domestic Manager you will be responsible for managing morning and afternoon and weekend domestic services to ensure that cleaning is delivered to the Trusts required standards
You will manage a supervisory team and have daily contact with key stakeholders such as infection control and ward managers.
Cleaning Management experience is an essential element for this role and experience within an healthcare environment would be beneficial.
Strong People Skills Is Required For This Role.
