We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of sites and help deliver the food, service and culture BM Caterers is known for.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong hospitality leader who enjoys working across multiple locations, developing high-performing teams and building trusted client relationships. You’ll bring together great people, strong commercial performance and consistently high operational standards.
Job Description
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and supporting the operational performance of a portfolio of sites
- Coaching, developing and supporting General Managers and their teams
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Driving consistently high standards of food, service and customer experience
- Monitoring budgets, cost controls and overall financial performance
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance, innovation and ways of working
- Supporting mobilisation and operational projects where required
- Ensuring compliance, health & safety and company standards are maintained
- Bringing BM culture and energy to life across your sites
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a senior operational role within hospitality or contract catering
- Experience overseeing multiple sites or complex operations
- A confident, engaging and supportive leadership style
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- Excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills
- A passion for food, service and developing great teams
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work across multiple locations and balance changing priorities
