Join our team and play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of construction projects across our Marshall and cinch facilities. From facility enhancements and showroom refurbishments to major development schemes, you'll lead projects from concept through to completion, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the very highest standards.

This is a hybrid role based from our Head Office in Milton Keynes, with regular travel required across our UK stores, so you'll need to be comfortable working flexibly and travelling as projects demand.

In this role

  • Lead the delivery of construction and development projects across Marshall and cinch facilities, ranging from small-scale improvements to large-scale redevelopment programmes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop project briefs, specifications, scopes of work, and delivery plans.
  • Manage external consultants, architects, surveyors, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with OEM and manufacturer partners to ensure all projects meet brand and operational requirements.
  • Take full ownership of project delivery, overseeing budgets, timelines, risk management, communication, and quality standards.
  • Provide expert construction and development advice to internal stakeholders, supporting feasibility assessments and investment decisions.
  • Represent the business at site meetings, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with expectations.
  • Coordinate the procurement, delivery, and installation of key project elements, including furniture, technology, and workshop equipment.
  • Maintain comprehensive project records and documentation, from CAPEX approvals through to final handover and operational manuals.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery, efficiency, and value.

We're Looking For Someone who

  • Has proven client-side construction, property, or development experience.
  • Brings strong project management expertise, ideally gained within the automotive, retail, or commercial sectors.
  • Has a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Is a confident problem-solver with strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify cost-effective solutions.
  • Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and communicates effectively at all levels.
  • Takes ownership, manages multiple priorities with ease, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Is flexible and happy to travel across our UK network to support project delivery.
