At Omnissa, we are committed to maintaining a fair, consistent, and secure hiring process for all candidates. As part of this approach, we use standard interview and verification practices designed to ensure alignment and protect both candidates and the organization. These practices are applied thoughtfully and with respect for candidate privacy.

What is the opportunity?

Omnissa is looking for a highly strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager, EMEA to accelerate pipeline growth through innovative digital marketing strategies.

This role is responsible for designing, executing and scaling digital acquisition and expansion programmes that drive awareness, engagement and qualified pipeline across the EMEA region — both to win net-new customers and to grow revenue within Omnissa’s existing install base.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about where B2B marketing is heading, not just where it has been. The ideal candidate is a digital marketer first: fluent across paid media, programmatic, ABM and content syndication, with the analytical rigour to know what is working and the curiosity to keep testing what is next.

You will understand how buyer behaviour is evolving, including AI-driven discovery and dark funnel influence, and apply that understanding to sharpen digital strategy rather than treat it as a separate discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute the EMEA digital marketing strategy that increases awareness, engagement and pipeline across both new business and install base audiences.
  • Own and optimise multi-channel digital programmes spanning paid social, programmatic, LinkedIn, display, content syndication and email.
  • Manage digital budget allocation across channels and markets, reallocating based on performance.
  • Identify, evaluate and scale emerging digital channels and acquisition opportunities beyond traditional paid search and social.
  • Continuously test new platforms, tactics and technologies using a structured experimentation framework.

New Logo Acquisition

  • Design and optimise digital programmes focused on acquiring net-new customers and expanding Omnissa’s addressable market.
  • Partner with regional marketing, BDR, sales and campaign teams to deliver integrated acquisition programmes.
  • Optimise conversion across the full digital customer journey, from anonymous visitor to marketing qualified lead.
  • Leverage first-party intent, behavioural data and audience insights to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness, including reporting on those signals having the largest impact.

Install Base Growth & Expansion

  • Build digital programmes that drive cross-sell, upsell and adoption within Omnissa’s existing customer base.
  • Partner with product marketing and campaign teams to identify expansion opportunities and target them through digital channels.
  • Balance acquisition and expansion investment to deliver against overall regional pipeline targets.

Modern Buyer Behaviour & Dark Funnel

  • Monitor evolving buyer behaviour and recommend strategies to reach prospects earlier in their decision-making journey.
  • Apply a working understanding of SEO, AEO and AI-assisted discovery to inform digital strategy, content priorities and channel choices, partnering with content and web teams on execution.
  • Understand and measure the influence of dark funnel activity, including peer communities, private sharing, podcasts, newsletters, influencer content and AI-assisted research.
  • Work across functions supporting digital to ensure Omnissa is present where buyers conduct independent research.
  • Recommend measurement frameworks that combine attribution data with broader signals such as brand search, direct traffic, engagement and intent data.

Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Manage campaign performance across digital channels, continually optimising based on data and insights.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics aligned to pipeline generation and revenue outcomes for both new business and expansion.
  • Communicate performance, learnings and recommendations to regional and global stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with marketing operations to ensure accurate measurement and attribution.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Global Digital Marketing, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Sales, Content and Marketing Operations teams.
  • Share best practices and insights across regions while adapting strategies for EMEA market requirements.
  • Influence digital marketing strategy through thought leadership and continuous innovation.
