• Work Setup: Hybrid - 2 to 3 days in the office

What You'll Do

• Support the delivery of people-related change programmes, including redundancies, restructures, TUPE transfers, settlement agreements and collective consultations.
• Ensure change programmes comply with legal requirements, internal policies and best practice.
• Coordinate consultation, planning, stakeholder engagement, documentation, communications and post-exit activities.
• Maintain and improve ER templates, toolkits and playbooks to support consistent change delivery.
• Collaborate with ER, HR and business teams to improve the employee experience.
• Monitor employment legislation and ensure organisational readiness and compliance.
• Build ER capability across HR and People Management teams through coaching, training and policy development, supporting Consumer Duty outcomes.

What You Bring

• Proven senior-level employee relations experience.
• CIPD (or equivalent) qualification desirable.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, procedures and risk.
• Proven experience leading redundancies, TUPE, mergers and organisational change from an ER perspective.
• Experience handling complex ER casework, conflict resolution and challenging business cases.
• Strong stakeholder management, business partnering and communication skills.
• Highly organised, adaptable and resilient, with the ability to manage complex workloads independently.
