How You'll Help Us Live Our Purpose
We've been helping our members save for their future and buy their own home since 1875. Join us and you'll play a big role in helping us to put home ownership within reach of more people, generation after generation.
It's a purpose that drives everything we do. And you can play your part too – join our People Enablement team as an SWP and Skills Manager and we'll support you to lead evidence-based workforce and skills planning that turns strategy and change into practical workforce choices.

You'll combine workforce evidence, skills intelligence and labour-market insight to assess demand and supply, model scenarios and develop sequenced build, buy, borrow, redeploy or automate actions. You'll assess readiness for target operating model changes, provide constructive challenge and quality assurance, and guide the Workforce Planner while strengthening consistent planning standards and capability across the Society.
