S2P Transformation Lead | 6-Month Contract | Outside IR35 | London
I'm partnering with a leading consultancy supporting a global organisation through a major procurement transformation programme.
This 6-month contract, operating Outside IR35, is expected to start in mid-November. You'll lead an initial discovery and assessment phase, reviewing existing Source-to-Pay processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping shape the future operating model across the business.
Key requirements
- Extensive experience leading S2P or procurement transformation programmes within large, complex organisations.
- Strong end-to-end knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, procurement operations and purchase-to-pay processes.
- Proven track record in process assessment, gap analysis, future-state process design and operating model development.
- Experience defining global process standards and driving process harmonisation across multiple regions or business units.
- Strong SAP S/4HANA procurement transformation experience.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, engaging senior stakeholders while driving detailed analysis and recommendations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior transformation professional with experience designing and standardising global S2P processes within complex multinational environments.
