About Gresham

Gresham Technologies is a leading provider of enterprise data automation solutions to the financial services industry. For three decades we’ve helped banks, brokers, insurers, asset managers and corporates take control of their mission-critical data with our Reconciliation, Enterprise Data Management and Data Services solutions. Our clients include some of the world’s leading buy-side and sell-side firms and service providers.

Marketing at Gresham is data-driven and AI-first. Every channel has a clear target, every decision is tested against the numbers, and AI is built into how we research, create, optimise and report, with human oversight.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded digital marketer who wants to own the channels that drive pipeline. You’ll be accountable for how Gresham is found, how it converts and how we measure what works. That spans the website, search (SEO), AI and LLM discoverability (GEO), and HubSpot-led inbound and outbound campaigns.

Your core deliverable is generating high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) against agreed targets: the right accounts, the right personas and the right volume. You’ll join a small, fast-moving marketing team and work closely with sales, product and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • MQL delivery: Own MQL targets across all channels. Agree MQL definitions, scoring and target account profiles with sales. Report on volume, quality, source and conversion to pipeline, flag shortfalls early and refocus effort on what works.
  • Website: Run the Gresham website on HubSpot CMS, covering design, build, templates and publishing. Drive conversion through better user journeys, landing pages, forms, A/B testing and page speed.
  • SEO & GEO: Lead Gresham’s search strategy (technical, on-page and content). Make sure Gresham is accurately surfaced and cited by AI and LLM search tools. Track rankings, AI citations and search-driven leads.
  • Outbound & business development: Research and build targeted prospect lists in HubSpot. Run outbound sequences and business development outreach with sales, then manage lead handover, scoring and follow-up.
  • Inbound campaigns: Build landing pages, offers and nurture journeys that turn visitors into sales-ready leads, aligned with content, product launches and events.
  • Data & reporting: Keep HubSpot CRM data clean and well segmented. Build dashboards on MQL performance, funnel and channel ROI, and recommend and implement improvements.
  • Events support: Help with campaigns, registration, lead capture and follow-up for major events, including occasional on-site support in the UK and possibly abroad.

About You

  • Expert HubSpot user across Marketing Hub, CMS Hub and CRM, including workflows, sequences, reporting and attribution. HubSpot certifications are a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, demand generation or marketing operations, ideally in B2B technology, SaaS or financial services.
  • Strong SEO experience and a clear understanding of how GEO and AI search are changing B2B discovery.
  • Experience building and optimising websites, with a solid grasp of UX and conversion. HTML/CSS and Figma, Canva or Adobe skills are a plus.
  • Track record of running outbound sequences and delivering against lead or MQL targets, and comfortable reaching out to prospects directly.
  • Confident, everyday use of AI tools for research, content, analysis and automation, with sound judgement on accuracy and governance.
  • Highly analytical, organised and detail-focused, able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong writer with a good eye for tone and brand consistency.
  • Flexible, collaborative and willing to travel occasionally for events.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business or Communications is desirable but not essential. Experience in capital markets or financial services is a plus.
