Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Lead recruitment and selection processes
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, guidelines, and procedures
- Oversee and manage employee benefits, compensation, and performance programs
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR management experience
- CIPD qualification or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with HR software and systems
